Shipping policy
When happens after placing my order?
You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are placed with Australia Post and can be tracked through the Australia Post track my order. Most orders are received between 1 to 7 days in Australia.
Where will my package ship from?
We are a small business located on the Gold Coast Australia.
Lost or stolen orders.
Mambobaby Australia accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed to be received by Australia Post. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed to be received by Australia Post or are reported lost or stolen.
