Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damages and issues

All our items are inspected prior to leaving our centre but occasionally a damaged item may get through. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or if you have simply just changed your mind.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Mambobaby Australia accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. Mambobaby Australia does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus a $15 processing fee on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
